There are many pathways for individuals to access data, information, and knowledge to support their making decisions. For those who learn by listening to presentations or recordings, the dominance of the printed word is a barrier to good decision-making and action. Yet when one looks at the majority of knowledge exchange materials available, paper and text remain the focus of most efforts.
